Almost nobody has heard of us yet. This role changes that, and it owns the number rather than the activity.
You will write for an audience of agency owners and recruiting leaders, which means the work has to be genuinely useful. Generic content marketing bounces off this crowd immediately.
What you will do
- Own inbound: the site, the content, search, and the email that follows.
- Write. Not brief a writer, write. The best material here comes from talking to recruiters and reporting back honestly.
- Run experiments with an outcome you predicted in advance, and stop the ones that fail.
- Build the launch motion for LinkedIn and the communities where staffing people actually talk.
What we are looking for
- Two or more years in growth or content marketing for a B2B software product.
- Writing samples you are proud of and will stand behind.
- Comfort with analytics: you can tell a real signal from noise at low volume.
Nice to have
- Technical SEO, lifecycle email, or paid experimentation.
- You have marketed to recruiters, agencies, or HR buyers.
